Questions
How do I show conversion rates on a funnel?
Write the count at each stage and the rate from one stage to the next beside the step between them. Highlight the biggest drop, since that's usually the point of the page.
How many stages should a funnel have?
As many as the process really has, usually three to six. Merge small steps so each stage is one the reader recognizes.
